تطبيق "Shopping Market" (Market Fresh) هو تطبيق توصيل مشتريات من السوبر ماركت، ويشمل واجهتين: تطبيق العميل وتطبيق المندوب (السائق).

"Shopping Market" (Market Fresh) is a supermarket-delivery app with two roles: customer and delivery driver ("captain").
This page explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها — Data We Collect

معلومات الحساب: الاسم الكامل ورقم الهاتف (مطلوبان لإنشاء الحساب). البريد الإلكتروني والاسم يتم استلامهما فقط في حال تسجيل الدخول عبر جوجل.
Account info: Full name and phone number (required at signup). Email and display name are only received if you sign in with Google.

الموقع الجغرافي: نستخدم موقعك لتحديد عنوان التوصيل عند اختيار عنوانك على الخريطة. بالنسبة لمندوبي التوصيل، يتم تتبع الموقع بشكل مباشر أثناء استخدام التطبيق لإتمام عملية التوصيل ومتابعة الطلب.
Location: Used to set your delivery address (map picker) for customers, and to provide live location tracking for drivers while actively delivering an order. We do not collect location in the background when the app is closed.

Delivery address: Building/floor/apartment details, a nearby landmark, and coordinates.

معلومات الدفع: لا يقوم التطبيق بتخزين أو معالجة بيانات بطاقات الدفع. يتم توجيه عمليات الدفع بالبطاقة إلى بوابة الدفع الخارجية Paymob عبر المتصفح، أو الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام.
Payment info: The app never stores or processes card numbers. Card payments are handled by the external Paymob payment gateway (opened in your browser); cash-on-delivery is also available.

الصور: عند استخدام ميزة "البحث المرئي عن المنتج"، يتم التقاط صورة وإرسالها لخوادمنا لمطابقتها بالمنتجات — دون حفظها بشكل دائم لأغراض أخرى.
Photos: The "visual product search" feature sends a camera photo to our servers to find a matching product; it is not retained for any other purpose. Barcode scanning reads a product barcode only, no photo is taken.

إشعارات الدفع (Push): نستخدم رمز إشعارات الجهاز (FCM) لإرسال تحديثات حالة الطلب والعروض الترويجية.
Push notifications: We use your device's FCM push token to send order-status updates and promotional offers.

الدخول ببصمة الوجه/الإصبع: يُستخدم Face ID/Touch ID لتسجيل الدخول السريع على جهازك فقط؛ نحن لا نستقبل أو نخزن أي بيانات بيومترية — تتم كل المعالجة داخل نظام التشغيل على جهازك.
Biometric login: Face ID/Touch ID is used only for quick sign-in on your device. We never receive or store biometric data — it is processed entirely by iOS on your device.
٢. ما لا نجمعه — What We Don't Collect
لا يستخدم التطبيق أي أدوات تحليلات إعلانية أو تتبع تسويقي (لا Facebook SDK، ولا أدوات إعلانات، ولا معرّفات إعلانية). لا تتم مشاركة بياناتك مع شركات إعلانات.
The app does not use any advertising analytics or marketing-tracking SDKs (no Facebook SDK, no ad networks, no advertising identifiers). Your data is not shared with advertising companies.
٣. مشاركة البيانات — Data Sharing
نشارك المعلومات الضرورية فقط مع: بوابة الدفع Paymob (لإتمام عمليات الدفع بالبطاقة)، ومزود الإشعارات Firebase Cloud Messaging (لإرسال الإشعارات). لا تُباع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث.
We share only the minimum necessary data with: Paymob (to process card payments) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver push notifications). We do not sell your data to any third party.
٤. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب — Data Retention & Account Deletion
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشطًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق مباشرة (الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب نهائياً)، أو بالتواصل معنا عبر أرقام الدعم الفني أدناه. عند الحذف، يتم محو بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، العناوين) فوراً، مع الاحتفاظ بسجل الطلبات بشكل مجهول (غير مرتبط بهويتك) لأغراض محاسبية وقانونية فقط.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time directly from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by contacting our support numbers below. On deletion, your personal data (name, email, phone number, addresses) is erased immediately; order history is kept only in anonymized form for legal/accounting purposes.
٥. خصوصية الأطفال — Children's Privacy
هذا التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هذه الفئة العمرية.
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
